How long do I keep Founder pricing?
As long as your Forge subscription remains continuously active.
What if I upgrade or downgrade?
You'll receive the Founder price for your new plan.
What if I cancel?
Your Founder pricing remains until your subscription ends. If you return later, regular pricing applies.
Does a spot open up when someone cancels?
No. The offer is limited to the first 50 businesses that successfully become Founding Members.
How the trial and billing work
14-day free trial
Every new workspace gets 14 days of full access to your selected plan. We collect a card when you sign up so your service continues automatically, and you are not charged until the trial ends.
Billing frequency
Plans are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Annual and Founder pricing may also be available.
What happens after the trial
At the end of your 14-day trial, your paid subscription begins automatically at the plan you chose. We'll email you before your trial ends so there are no surprises.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
