Refund Policy

Every new Forge workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your Billing settings and you will not be charged.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 14 days of the initial charge if you have not made substantial use of the Service. Founder / lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.

If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at notifications@forgeapp.ca and we will investigate and refund verified duplicate charges promptly.

Log in to Forge, open Settings → Billing, and click Cancel subscription. You can also email notifications@forgeapp.ca and we will help.
